Emet Desserts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Emet Desserts specializes in handcrafted dessert products including gluten free, vegan, soy free cookies made without seed oils.
We have made every effort to display our products and product colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your deviceβs display of colors or textures will be completely accurate.
All products are made in a Florida Cottage Food Operation home kitchen environment. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Product availability, pricing, descriptions, ingredients, packaging, and promotions are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Emet Desserts. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been sent.
Because our products are perishable food items, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once an order has been accepted.
All sales are final except where required by law or otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices, discounts, shipping fees, and promotions may change without notice.
Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Shipping for orders within the United States is generally charged at a flat rate of approximately $25 for 2-day priority delivery. Rates may vary depending on carrier pricing and destination.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- The information submitted is accurate
- You authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including shipping and applicable taxes
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe and Shopify Payments.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Emet Desserts currently ships to all 50 United States.
Because our products are perishable, all orders are shipped using 2-Day Priority Shipping through USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day Air.
Orders ship Monday or Tuesday only to ensure freshness and avoid weekend carrier delays.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once orders are transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
Local pickup and local Uber courier delivery may be available in South Florida. Customers must coordinate pickup or courier arrangements directly by emailing emetdessert@gmail.com.

FLORIDA COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION DISCLAIMER: THESE FOOD PRODUCTS WERE MADE IN A COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION THAT IS NOT INSPECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES.
SECTION 7 - ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Our products are produced in a home kitchen environment that may process tree nuts, seeds, and other allergens.
Many of our products contain tree nuts including coconut, almond, and pistachio.
We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.
By purchasing from Emet Desserts, you acknowledge and accept all allergy-related risks.
