BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS

At Emet Desserts, we package every order with care and take every precaution to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and safely.

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Emet Desserts is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been dropped off for shipment, it is out of our hands and shipping delays or handling issues caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, or other carrier-related circumstances are beyond our control.

All orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday only to help ensure maximum freshness and avoid weekend transit delays.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states using 2-Day Priority Shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are approximately $25 flat rate depending on destination and carrier rates.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Emet Desserts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
